1. Medical Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
Information provided by the app, including sleep predictions, food diversification tracking, and growth charts, is for informational purposes only.
This information does NOT replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a pediatrician or healthcare professional. If you have any concerns about your child's health (fever, unusual behavior, allergy), consult a doctor immediately.
2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The app offers a Freemium model with paid features ("Premium" and "Pro" tiers).
- Payment: Payment is processed through your Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) account upon purchase confirmation.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple or Google account settings.
- Non-refundable: Subscription purchases are non-refundable. Ambrette does not control billing. Any exceptional requests must be directed to Apple or Google support according to their policies.
3. Free Trial
Ambrette may offer a free trial period (e.g., 7 days) with access to "Pro" features. After the trial, access is limited to free features unless a paid subscription is purchased. No automatic billing occurs at the end of trials managed by Ambrette (Store-initiated trials follow their own policies).
4. Content Responsibility
As a Family Administrator, you are responsible for the members you invite and the content shared.
The publisher reserves the right to ban any user and remove any content violating these rules without notice or refund.
5. Service Availability
The publisher strives to maintain 24/7 service availability. However, access may be suspended for maintenance or force majeure. The publisher shall not be held liable for data losses due to third-party service failures (Supabase, RevenueCat).
