1. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following data:

• Account information: Unique ID (User ID), Email, Name, Profile photo.
• Child profile: First name, date of birth, gender, measurements (weight/height).
• Health and wellness data: Sleep, meals (types, quantities), diapers, medications, food allergies, vaccinations.
• Media: Photos uploaded to the album or associated with events.
• Technical data: Device identifiers for push notifications (Expo Token).

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The app uses a local algorithm ("Sleep Intelligence Engine") to analyze your child's sleep cycles.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your data is strictly confidential and shared only:

• Within your Ambrette "Family": with members you have explicitly invited (Partner, Nanny, Grandparents).
• RevenueCat: We transmit an anonymized identifier and your subscription status to manage Premium access.

Ambrette does not sell, rent, or share any personal data for advertising purposes.

4. Storage and Security

All communications are encrypted (SSL/TLS). Data access is protected by strict rules (Row Level Security) ensuring only your family members can access your information.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, modify, and completely delete your data.

These actions can be performed directly in the app via the "Settings > Danger Zone" menu.

Deleting an account or family results in irreversible deletion of all associated data (including photos) from our servers.

6. Device Permissions and Access

To function fully, the app may request access to certain features of your device:

• Camera: To take photos of your child, their meals, or documents directly from the app.
• Photo Gallery: To import existing photos into the album or event journal.

These accesses are never enabled by default and can be revoked at any time in your phone's settings. The app remains functional even without these permissions (but media upload will be disabled).
